Our New Levy Payment Portal
In a move to modernise and enhance the efficiency of levy payments, we have launched the new Building and Construction Levy Payment Portal. The new portal provides several benefits designed to save time, reduce administrative burdens, and support the delivery of an efficient portable long service leave for workers in the building and construction industry.
What we heard from people in the industry
We engaged with levy payers and industry partners to understand how the current process is used and what we could do to make the experience better. Their feedback has been invaluable in shaping the design and functionality of the new portal, ensuring it meets the needs of the industry while keeping the process simple.
They wanted to:
- reduce the need to re-enter company information
- click and update submitted projects rather than resubmit all the same information
- see all their projects in one place
- match payments to invoices and projects
- provide access to the portal across their company.
We’ve built all these features into the new QLeave Levy Portal while retaining the same format as the current form - delivering a better experience for levy payers and an efficient portable long service leave for the industry.
