Pay an instalment or invoice

Log in to the Building and Construction Levy Portal to pay an invoice or make an instalment plan payment.

If the cost of work exceeds $10 million (excluding GST) and will take longer than one year to complete, we may, at our discretion, allow you to pay levies by instalments.

You can make an application to pay by instalments on the Building and Construction Levy Portal by selecting 'Request instalment agreement' at the payment options stage of the notification process. This option will only appear if your project exceeds $10 million (excluding GST) and the construction end date is longer than 12 months.

We'll assess your application and reply in writing with an outcome. If approved, we'll provide details of your instalment plan in the written response.
