How to pay

The following options are available for notification of building and construction work.

Online

Submit your notification and pay your levy using the online Building and Construction Levy Portal.

Directly to QLeave

If you're unable to access the Building and Construction Levy Portal, notification and payment forms are available from QLeave and can be lodged at our office or by mail. Please contact QLeave to request a copy of the form.

Following payment, you'll receive confirmation of notification and payment which your Private Certifier may require.

Your appeal rights

Under s87 of the Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Act 1991, you can request that QLeave review the levy determined for your work if you believe it is incorrect.
