QLeave's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy demonstrates our commitment to providing a workplace where everyone can feel safe, valued and respected. Why diversity, equity and inclusion matters

Every person deserves a workplace where they can thrive. Creating an inclusive environment where everyone is empowered to contribute improves creativity, innovation, and productivity. Providing everyone with equal opportunities to contribute and progress allows us to maximise our potential and provide better service to our stakeholders.

What we're doing to uphold diversity, equity and inclusion

As part of our DEI Strategy, QLeave is taking meaningful actions to embed diversity, equity and inclusion in our work and culture. These actions include:

  • setting measurable targets for diverse employment
  • regularly reviewing our progress against diversity targets
  • providing learning and development opportunities for our staff
  • marking significant dates with educational activities and events
  • developing strategies that target the inclusion of specific marginalised groups.
